AngioGenetics is a drug discovery company with a strong focus on understanding the molecular basis of angiogenesis. Central to its business strategy is the identification of highly validated drug targets and the generation of novel lead compounds. AngioGenetics´ contribution to the consortium is to evaluate and develop bioinformatic tools and methods used for a genomics-based approach to drug target identification.
